Upgrading PGP Whole Disk Encryption enabled Mac clients to Lion- help?

Hello,

I would like to know if anyone has experience in upgrading (in-place upgrade, keeping all settings/data) PGP Whole Disk Encryption enabled Mac clients (currently running Mac OS 10.6.8) to Lion using Casper? I believe the process would go something like this:

1) Decrypt the PGP WDE installation
2) Upgrade to PGP Desktop 10.2 MP1 before upgrading to Mac OSX Lion 10.7
3) Use the 10.7 upgrade application and upgrade the Mac OSX installation
4) Reinstall PGP Desktop 10.2 MP1

My goal is to automate as much (or all) of this as possible (via a Self Service package?), but I'm very new to Casper and am not sure how to go about this. I appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

you have to unencrypt remove pgp and install lion then install the lion compatible version of pgp after you get there. that was the word i got and i am supporting Macs at Symantec. Luckily we did not have PGP on most of their supported 10.6 image so we just had to install the new lion compatible version
