Hey everyone,
We've recently discovered that the Mac OS X Server 10.6.3 update includes an update to Tomcat 6.0.24.
Unfortunately, this update also means that the server.xml file that is installed at /Library/Tomcat/conf/server.xml is replaced, which will prevent the JSS Web Application from starting properly after the 10.6.3 upgrade.
We've posted a quick solution in our KB at:

The process should only take a couple of minutes to complete after applying the 10.6.3 server update.
