Uploading packages larger than 5GB to Rackspace DP fails

Is anybody else using Rackspace Cloud Files and having problems uploading files larger than 5GB to Rackspace via Casper admin?

This started to be a problem for me in JSS9.72 and 9.73 is still broken. JAMF support have verified there is a bug (D-007866) without providing a timeframe for a fix though so I was wondering if some of the clever people in here have managed to find a fix for this..

Any suggestions welcome.

@yan1212 the Cloud Files API has a 5GB limit, although there is a facility to upload larger segmented files. Even if the the 5GB limit is circumvented there is 10GB limit for the CDN.
