User enrollment semi-fails?

Good Morning jamfNationites,

We have a weird issue with a couple of the user enrolled Macs. These Macs show up in the console named with their serial number, check in, but have missing data.9685d1b5c05a404a830daccb5a5398d2

The system info in the console is ad87babfe8ec44cda613a7939c4c267c

Any idea on the cause of this? Is there a solution other than removing the system from JAMF console and re-enrolling?

See it too now and then - all jamfcloud instances.
Have not found a better way than deleting and re-enrolling. Once they are in that state, they don't seem (from what I saw) to be repairable, per se.

Once they are shown like that above, they're toast in my experience. Luckily, it doesn't happen often.
