We deferred Catalina upgrades and now that they are able to spin it up and install the upgrade I have run into an issue with a single user.
We have not yet disabled the pref pane but for some reason his is disabled. I have manually checked in the JSS updated his inventory but it's still stuck.
I attempted to run a defaults write and it did not work (and I am root on the machine).
sudo defaults write com.apple.preferences.AppleIDPrefPane -enable
Any ideas?
