Using setup assistant to create numeric account name

I have tried to use setup assistance to create numeric account name on Mac but no luck. Any advise?

I believe this can be done only at setup with LDAP integration if your LDAP account uses a numeric short name, or later on in the OS using the command line (sysadminctl). Using the GUI will always prepend "a" to the name of the account.
