In the past, we have always just used VNC + RoyalTS for screen sharing support.
It has functioned as just a plain screen sharing utility - click on a computer, enter the password we have set into our VNC client, and we are able to see the user's screen.
We have recently upgraded to Catalina from Sierra, and we now experiencing issues with that support workflow. Instead of just immediately sharing the screen, as if you were walking up to the computer, we are now required to log in from the OS Login window.
Logging in with our Admin account just logs us in concurrently - we don't see the other user's screen. Given that we don't know our user's passwords... It renders us unable to remote into somebody's computer to help them.
How can we return the VNC functionality back to how it worked previously?
