Sorry for the off topic post.
Was wondering if someone with a few minutes that's a VPP Purchase Facilitator could login to the VPP portal (https://volume.itunes.apple.com/store) search for an app, and attempt to buy it (you don't have to actually buy).
Yesterday this worked fine for me, today with 2 separate VPPPF accounts it's not working on multiple devices. I can search for apps, but when I click on them where the usual quantity/price page comes up, I'm taken to an iTunes Preview page with no way to purchase.
I do have funds on the account.
Am I doing something stupid, or happening to others? Thanks to anyone who takes the time to check. I have an email out to apple but so far no response.

nevermind someone else confirmed it's happening to them so don't think it's just me.

I can confirm what you are seeing. Its been a while, so I don't remember what it was.
