Way to bypass blocked apps from loading

Have a need to allow certain applications to run without having to go to System Preferences>Security Privacy and selection "Allow" from blocked downloaded apps. It there an option in JAMF to do this?

Yes you can install the kernel extension with a config profile.
if you allow it on your computer entering kextstat | grep -v com.apple into terminal will list the 3rd party kernel extension installed. You can then put this information into the approved Kernel Extensions section of a config profile and that should take care of it.
