Web Clip Icons change once web clip is launched

I uploaded icon image files for each web clip in the configuration profile, however once the web clip is launch the icon file is changed. Thoughts ??

I had this problem as well. I changed web clip to "Displays the Web Clip as a full screen app" and it fixed this problem. Hope this helps!

Once I did the same as nick.presko above, the icon remained the same on the devices.
