Web clips opening to about:blank

Has anyone had any issues with webclips opening to about:blank on iPads? I am running 10.1.1 on the devices and am on jamf 9.96. I can go in and copy and paste the site and it works and I can manually type in the site and that works as well.

Appreciate any help or thoughts!

I found the issue. There was a space at the end of the link in the web clip scope. Once I removed the space the web clip works as expected!
