Weird issue with http downloads

Hey guys, my buddies install of Casper doesn't work with http downloads. There is a strange issue and it looks like apache doesn't have permission to the share. He is storing his CasperShare on a separate volume. AFP is working and all the settings in Casper seem right when compared to mine.

Does anyone know why? Is it an apache issue? When copying the url path from a log file, it just refuses permission, doing the same on my install, it downloads the file.

Thanks

Sorry to many cups of coffee today... little wired..

Cheers

Make sure the apache account (likely www) has read access.

I had a similar issue yesterday. Drove me batty.

Check out the certificate from the JSS in Keychain, and verify that it is trusted. That solved my issue that behaved as you describe.
