I am new to JAMF and trying to integrate it with ServiceNow. I have completed the integration mostly. Now one of the requirements is to have a bi-directional communication between ServiceNow and Jamf in a sense that if I update a certain computer attribute in the ServiceNow CMDB database it triggers (for example I change the asset_tag) it also updates in Jamf - this part is covered as I was able to built this already. My challenge is the reverse, if I update an attribute in Jamf (same example, I change the asset_tag) how can I send that back to ServiceNow? I am looking at the capabilities of webhooks but I dont see an event for computer update. Can someone from the community provide some insights? Appreciate it in advance!
