Why can I connect via SSH but can't use Jamf Remote via VPN??

Why are we paying so much more for Jamf Pro than we were and we can't fully use the Jamf Tools available?

    It’s likely the Jamf server, and Jamf Remote, don’t know the VPN IP address of the client.

    JAMF could log every IP on each interface and let the admin choose the IP he wants to use to connect to the machine... For now I login manually with Screen Sharing and the management account
