Over the last couple months or so, we've had some staff mention they cannot connect to their home wifi networks anymore.
They are able to connect to the district wifi networks just fine, but once they leave, they either have to enter their home wifi network credentials 2-3 times before the connection sticks.
Unfortunately, since these incidents have happened so sporadically over the last few months, it's hard to figure out a certain pattern. The only "pattern" we've found is that the devices have difficulties connecting and staying connected to home wifi networks are iPad Air 1's.
We hoped updating the devices to iOS 10.3.1 would fix the issues, but no such luck.
Anybody else having the same issue?
