Windows Get Stuck in Top Left Corner After Upgrading to Mavericks

We have a user that after she upgraded to Mavericks, her windows will get stuck partially exposed in the top left corner of the screen, under the finder bar. See the following as a reference:

I am seeing this on my machines as well. It happens when using Fast User Switching. If anyone has found a fix for it, I'd be incredibly interested in hearing it.
