I need to download a signed CSR from Jamf Nation. My account appears to be active, but when I go through the push certificate assistant it errors out on my credentials with "Your Jamf Nation account has not been validated". Anything I can do?

Contact your Customer Success Specialist (success@jamf.com), they will be able to associate your account with your Jamf assets. One of my colleagues had a similar issue.

Yes, you need to be a known customer or you won't be able to validate the CSR.
