Unable to execute scripts

Anyone else using JAMF school seeing scripts getting stuck at "installed" ? It seems like the majority of my devices are unable to execute scripts right now, even stuff like 

echo "blah" 

gets stuck on "installed" status, this persists across reboots and multiple devices running ventura.

In my experience, Jamf School mostly stopped displaying script execution results mid February. To my knowledge, the "Installed" status implies that the script has run, but that no execution result is available. Oddly enough, script execution results are still available for a select few devices (about 1%). I don't see the pattern though.
