Job Description
The Technical Administrators primary role is to administer Apple devices within an Enterprise Environment. This position will manage all aspects of a Jamf platform, scripting, develop technical documents and white-papers, evaluate technical feasibility of new requirements and present technical solutions to meet the needs of client. The position works both remotely and on site.
Responsibilities
Primarily bash, zsh and python scripting.
Design, Implement and Admin of large complex Mac Services Infrastructure using Jamf Pro
Manage and Maintain Device management environment for Wipro’s client – policies, applications, profiles, updates etc
Create and maintain the technical architecture / documentation for client environment
Maintains current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self education, attends ongoing educational programs).
Qualifications
3 years bash, zsh and python scripting
Expert with Apple technology (OS X, iOS, tvOS) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) within a medium to large scale Enterprise environment.
Expert knowledge of the Jamf products and related architecture and tools, as well as relevant competing solutions. (Jamf Certification required)
4+ years exposure to Jamf products and related architecture tools
Strong interpersonal and organisational and customer service skills.
Professional manner and self-presentation when face to face with client
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in presentation.
Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team.
IT operations, administration, planning or other relevant experience.
