The Apple Security Consultant primary role is to partner with Account Executives to expand Device Choice programs to Wipro clients. The position works both remotely and on site.
Security Consultant will evangelize Device Choice programs through deep technical knowledge and thought leadership. Senior Consultant will be a technical point of contact for prospective and existing customers, as well as partners.
Demonstrate the business benefits of Service products to prospective and existing customers, and small groups at events, via remote/online tools and/or on site.
Work with Account teams to understand customer requirements and create Device Choice solutions (RFI responses, pro-active proposals, presentations) with unique business value, to ultimately drive customer success.
Identify and understand the ongoing security needs of customer and recommend solutions in terms of support and service engagements. Great understanding of third party security products in the Apple ecosystem and an ability to explain the pros and cons of different solutions. Ability to lead consulting opportunities.
Special projects as assigned by Offering Management.
Attends staff meetings and completes mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time.
Maintains current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self-education, attends ongoing educational programs).
2-4 years of technical solution development
5+ years exposure to Apple Security architecture
2+ years’ experience Security consulting with multiple levels within a complex organization. (Preferred)
Strong interpersonal and organizational and customer service skills.
Professional manner and self-presentation when face to face with customers and partners.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in presentation.
Proficient with Apple technology (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, tvOS) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) and third party security solutions within a medium to large scale Apple environment.
Ability to travel for on-site consulting engagements, events, and other duties.
Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a global team.
Experience selling to within a complex organization.
