We are currently seeking a technician that specializes in macOS and Jamf Pro to join our Desktop Support team. The Desktop Support Technician III provides support to our internal customers and team members. This role is responsible for end user requests, incident management and is the primary escalation point for the level I and II technicians. In this role you will work closely with the Desktop Engineers to help manage the team’s toolset, manage end points, provide information assurance, and deliver other project-based work. This team is responsible for a 24/7 multinational enterprise, as well as, a high level of responsiveness and satisfaction for the end user. The role must consistently display a high level of urgency when providing solutions or solving end user issues. Ownership, integrity and reliability are required with an organized and pro-active approach to providing support for all IT-supported technologies.
