Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support for desktops and servers of all flavors
- Understand and deploy Open Directory and Active Directory environments
- Deep knowledge of email systems and troubleshooting Exchange, Google Apps, Kerio and other mail platforms
- Broad knowledge of networking, routing, firewalls and remote VPNs
- Understand and build solutions based on client’s technological needs
- Flexibility in scheduling to support 24/7 operations
- Juggle many clients and tasks without fear
- Clear, concise and precise communication is an absolute must

Qualifications
Qualifications
4-7 years of direct customer support in a technical role
Apple or Microsoft Technical Certifications are highly desired
CompTIA Network + is highly desired
Knowledge of both Mac and Windows operating systems, as well as common software packages that our clients use – Adobe Creative Suite, font management, digital asset management, Microsoft Office products and more
Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management of iOS and Android devices
A desire to inspire the creative work of others
A love for pure chaos

While performing the responsibilities of the Field Tech’s job, these work environment characteristics are representative of the environment the Field Tech will encounter.
