The IT Support Engineer is integrally involved in the day-to-day operations of Fulcrum, establishing our employees have the tools and skills necessary to efficiently perform their duties to ensure our customers’ success. They are the go-to person for our staff needing assistance with their technology. They are responsible for Tier 1 and Tier 2 level support, escalating to the IT Manager as necessary. They will also manage our Jamf Pro cloud instance.
This position is remote; however, the ideal candidate will be able to securely store some technology equipment (a few laptops, monitors, and accessories) to assist with employee onboarding and offboarding. Due to the nature of the responsibilities associated with the role and our distributed internal workforce, preference will be made for candidates located in Mountain, Pacific, and Central time zones.
