Job Description
With Flight Club rapidly growing, we are looking for an IT Technician to join the team! In this role you will support all company employees and technology including, but not limited to software, hardware, AV equipment, POS, mobile devices, basic networking, and more!
This role has room for exponential growth and will allow you to touch multiple different technologies within IT and allow you to work cross functionally within the organization.
In this role you will:
Support all company employees and technology including but not limited to software, hardware, AV equipment, POS, mobile devices, basic networking and more
Special focus on operational equipment in our warehouses and retail locations
Manage daily ticket queue and tasks while following department process and SLAs
Manage and deploy hardware, accessories and software for users and projects
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding tasks
Manage and deploy annual computer upgrades
Create, test, update and deploy software upgrades via automation tools
Complete repairs on defective equipment or manage their service
Order service parts for warranty equipment and perform repairs
Prepare and sell/donate out of service equipment
Work with IT team to develop training curriculum and perform training
Manage multiple different technology projects across all areas of the company
