We're looking for a qualified IT Service Desk Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for working with the IT Service Desk manager to maintain and support all company issued end user hardware and core software / services such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jumpcloud, Sophos Central, Jamf, etc.
We are a rapidly growing remote first company distributed around the US & Europe, with headquarters in San Francisco and an office in New York. This combined with a regulated customer base require an automation and compliance first mindset in tooling and device management.
You should have a solid and diverse technical background in end user technology, as well as some customer service experience. An empathetic and problem-solving attitude and the ability to work on a growing team are all essential skills to perform well in this position.
You should be located near San Francisco or comfortable commuting to our office in San Francisco 1-2 days a week as needed. When not needed in office this position will be able remote and work West Coast hours.
