Mac Support Engineer – New York
For one of the most successful IT companies specialized in Payments (servicing big boys like Netflix, Uber, Booking and eBay) we are looking for Mac / Apple Engineers. The company has grown from 10 to 4000+ employees in 10 years’ time and still are rapidly scaling. Doing so they never lost their startup – pragmatic - DNA. Taking ownership is a must and leads to responsibility!
They are slowly but surely dominating the online payment industry globally!
Mac Support Engineer:
25% of your time will be spent on supporting the organization through handling tickets. Since it’s a fully tech driven organization, you will give next-level support. 75% of your time you will be free to take up whatever project is at hand (think automation/Jamf/Ansible/DevOps). You will join a team of Mac/Linux Engineers progressing to become a Mac/Linux/DevOps guru!
New York City: Up to 140K + 20% bonus.
WFH: 2-3 office presence a week is a hard requirement.
