Job Description

We required a great support agent to be a member of the Collaboration Services Support team, providing 2nd Level end-user support to the services offered by the Collaboration Services team which include (but are not limited to):
• Managed Print (Global solution for all of Apple providing badge release printing and more)
• Software Admin (Packaging and building installers for our 3rd party applications to improve user experience)
• Corporate Backup (Using our vendors software inSync to support and improve out backup service for all of Apple)

Skills and Experience
• We need an experience Mac SysAdmin / Support person • Using, creating and updating command line tools and scripts
• Automation of some tasks using scripting skills in Bash, Shell or Python
• Experience in supporting macOS
• Knowledge of Swift and the code signing process (not a requirement)
• Great customer service skills
• Experience in HelpDesk or Desk-side Support roles
• Excellent written and communication skills
