Your focus will be on managing our Jamf environment, Mac endpoints, and iOS devices; with a bias towards making incremental, valuable improvements. You will manage all aspects of Jamf from Policies, Configuration Profiles, reporting and alerting, to backend connections with Okta, SnipeIT, and Apple Business Manager.
You will use our existing tooling and propose new tools where appropriate to automate, secure, and improve the end user endpoint experience. In this role, you will make data driven decisions, ensure that we are using and building tools that resolve common issues, and proactively address issues before they are found by end users. You are a highly motivated self starter with proven analytical and troubleshooting skills. You have a customer driven mind and enjoy contributing to a dynamic team environment.
