Jamf Support created a PI regarding this as they were able to reproduce it: PI123213

Hi there, I know this thread is quite old but have you ever found a solution for this? I'm currently facing it and no matter what I do, the App is always managed. Even if it's not even present in Jamf Pro anymore. Thanks for your help

My guess is that the Ticket is closed because a PI exists. We need to wait now for the next release of Jamf Pro. My ticket is closed as well.
