Any help on this?  I too am experiencing the same issues.

This is great, except that in the config profile under the xml on demand settings, Jamf Pro is rearranging the xml...totally breaking the exclusion rules.

So did that process work? I'm having the same issue.

How can this "fix" to allow users admin access to install apps be the solution from JAMF? They seriously need to fix this. As it is now with this bug, I can't deploy Big Sur in my school with that admin setting.
