Over 25 years of career working in the area of technical support, with experience in the industry information technology B2C and B2B, the hotel industry and currently in the Broadcast Television industry by Grupo Globo. What makes me most happy is had that it has contributed to the growth of many people. Sharing knowledge is a noble mission.
