Azure AD login window does not pop up properly after restart

Is there any known issue or someone faced the issue?

That is usually a case that the configuration profile has been removed for some reason. Take a look at your Management History for the computer and see if the profile was removed. Then double checking your scoping to make sure the computer didn't fall out of scope.

In our case sometime it occurred and if users do refresh at login then it is showing up azure login
