Hi everyone,
Since the update of JAMF Connect to V2.43.0 we've had a couple of devices getting an error messages saying that "JAMF Connect is Damaged and can't be opened." On investing this further we have found that "JAMF Connect was blocked from use as it is not from an identified developer." I'm curious why this would be.

Question. Are you downloading the package from your JMF Account and uploading. Or are you using the upgrade method straight from JPS. I'm very curious, has I myself have not run into this issue with our deployment.

@Wakko The package is being updated by the JAMF app catalog.

@naheem_iqbal that is so strange. I just [re]enrolled a device that has base install of JAMF Connect 2.40, which was updated to version 2.43.0. Via the auto-mated process. I would reach out to support for additional assistance.

What I should have noted was that we were intially deployiong and old version which was then getting updated via JAMF App catalog to the latest version. I have uploaded the latest version to the pre-stage enrolment and have had no further issues reported. I still question why the upgrade as it was was getting blocked by gatekeeper..
