Jamf Connect config profiles - is it better to work with plists?

When I upload connect login config profiles from the configurator app the profiles are blank.

They still see to work but I was wondering if there is any advantage to uploading plist in application settings.

I like working with the plists in XCode. It's just my preference though. IDK, I just find it easier to manage preferences this way.
