So we started using Jamf connect
and after MANY testes we see that if the user has a password with a space in it, the password sync failes
it doesn't matter if the password starts with a space or the space is in the middle of the password
the password just wont sync
we thought at first that maybe the macos doesn't accept password with spaces but manually setting a password with space works
Do you mind sharing what you're using as an identity provider?
We also have a small number of users where jamf connect rejects a 100% valid Azure password, although in my own testing I haven't found spaces to cause failures. I haven't found a common thread in my environment, but clearly something is broken!
