Logging in as admin in Self Service is blocked because it automatically signs in local user.

We have some tools in Self Service only available to Jamf admins. Like a Microsoft uninstaller. I remote into user's computers and try to log in to Self Service to get to my admin tools but whenever I click on the log in button, it is already trying to log in with the local user credentials and I can enter my admin credentials. Is there a way to prevent that from happening?

We were about to turn on SSO for Jamf in our environment, but are having the same issue. I looked at the "solution" post, but we're not using Company Portal on all machines yet (still testing that), so does anyone know of another workaround? In our instance, if you log out of Self Service to log in as another user, you click "Sign In" and get a blank screen on top of the Self Service screen.
