Computers will not enroll today, when we enter any username and its password (Active Directory) it gets stuck 'retrieving enrollment profile' then returns to the login screen as if the username and password are incorrect, no errors. We verified usernames and passwords (including reseting passwords in Active Directory) and used multiple accounts with the same results. We do not recall any notifications for service interruption or have seen any outage reports as of today 11/29/23.
The last time we were successfully able to enroll a laptop was 11/20/23

Getting to the point where you are downloading the enrollment profile suggest that you are clearing authentication. I would check for network changes first. Make sure your network team did not add new firewall rules or SSL certificate inspections. You can run the Mac Evaluation Utility (found on AppleSeed) and see what is being blocked. If all else fails, I would suggest calling JAMF and opening a ticket.
