構成プロファイルでwifiのSSID配布して、ユーザ自身でADのIDとパスワードを入力させたい

構成プロファイルのネットワークからwifi設定(SSIDや認証方式)だけ配布して、ユーザ自身にADのID/パスワードを入力させたいです。
以下キャプチャのようにIDとパスワードを空欄のまま配布すると、
「Wi-Fiネットワークに接続できません」
と表示されIDとパスワード入力画面が表示されません。
SSIDを構成プロファイルで配布し、ユーザにADのID/PWを入力させる方法をご教示ください。

また、"ディレクトリ認証を使用"にチェック入れた場合も同じメッセージが表示されてうまくいきません。
