WebEx Productivity tools is finally working on our network with 10.10.3. This is going to be a huge win for our MAC users as they can now schedule WebEx meetings directly using their Outlook client. After countless hours troubleshooting with Apple Enterprise and WebEx Engineers I can finally cross this off my list.

@asegura I thought this had more to do with your WebEx portal being on version 29. We updated our portal to 29 a few weeks ago and the tools worked. What was failing in your environment with the tools?

Our WebEx environment is running WBS29 and the tools were still not working. All of our MAC's are bounded to Active Directory. The odd thing is the tools did work if you were off our our global network. I worked with Apple Enterprise Support on getting Charles Proxy logs. After they reviewed the logs they agreed it was a bug in Yosemite. Are you guys utilizing SSO and are your MAC's on Active Directory?
