I saw it on our SUS servers this morning also. Looks like it was released yesterday. Description is thin as usual; it just reads:
"This update addresses an issue where certain new APIs for file access are not present on some systems."
I haven't seen or read anything about this, so my assumption is it fixes a minor issue.
