Anyone else seeing that 10.7 clients don't cache MCX settings properly? As long as I wait for the red and yellow jelly beans to go away - OD settings are applied just fine. However, if I login before the jelly beans go away my cached MCX settings are not applied. Not having any problems with 10.6.8 clients.
I'm seeing that /Library/Managed Preferences has the appropriate plist files for a given user. However, if I reboot and login before the jelly beans go away, the managed plist files are removed on login.
I'm still testing 10.7 on my clients, but I have seen this with 10.6.8 clients. I haven't actually found a solution. I was hoping the upgrade to Lion would help solve that...
