i have a someone at my work who has 2 Ipad latest IOS and an iPhone latest IOS and is trying to connect them up to a Macbook pro 15" Macos Catalina 10.15.7
When connected to the Macbook with the lightning they show on the sidebar of finder, but it's very slow at loading them in to the main window of finder. It just says loading. It worked ok on Mojave.
