2018-2019 Macbook Pro black screen after enrollment

I have been getting reports form my techs that the MBP 15" 2018-2019 have been becoming unresponsive after imaging stuck at a black screen. You can SSH into the machine and reboot or run any commands.

I just found this odd, I'm working on fixing now but not sure if anyone else has seen it.
