Basically what the title says. After updating to 9.9, and a server restart, I now can not get to Management Settings (from local admin or LDAP). and i also notice that Tomcat is using a lot of system resources too.

Windows 2012 R2 server.

Is this a dev or stage instance? I'm running the JSS on Ubuntu and Red Hat and have not noticed the issue at all on the betas. I'll try the release version next week. I avoid Windows 2012 as much as I can. At my old gig, we had too many issues running it on a Windows server.

Any luck figuring this out? We also seem to be having this issue now after the upgrade.

I had a similar issue a month ago and it was incorrect permissions on the files in the webapp directory. Set the offending files / folders to the right user and group and all was well.

Might be a different issue here but would be worth looking at.

Thanks for the reply back David. We ended up just upgrading the server to 9.91 and everything is working now. I'll remember this for the future though in case it come back.
