A process / purchasing management system?

Hi everyone,

We're an international school, trying to see whether there is a system out there that would help us with some internal processes, for example:

  • approval of various requests (customisable), where a member of a leadership team can approve or deny a request quickly, preferably getting a notification via e-mail and approving or denying it there and then
  • approval of purchasing requests (similar as above), but with the possibility of tapping into a database and looking up how much budget is left before or after the approval
  • other similar process-based actions

Does anyone know of a system that does this kind of things, ideally even made for school environments?
