AD CS Connector Outbound?

Struggling to set this up. 

The script seems to 'work'. I don't see any erorrs during install.

ButI my configuration profile policy is still Pending and nothing seems to be getting pushed.

I don't see any particular errors anywhere. Is there a log on the client end that i can check to see what's going on under the hood? 

If I go to PKI Certificates in Jamf Cloud - I see :

 
"Outbound mode status check
The Jamf AD CS Connector last contacted Jamf Pro for pending certificate requests on 03/09/2025 08:12 AM"
So I'm assuming there is some sort of connection happening?

And at what interval does the outbound AD CS instance check for certificate requests? Is there a way to modify the interval for polling?

Any help would be appreciated.

In case it was not clear (apologies) I am trying to set up AD CS in outbound mode.

Hi @gmihailo ,
Have you already used Jamf Pro 11.13.0 or later and Jamf AD CS Connector 2.0.0 or later?

We are on the latest version of Jamf Pro and have the latest AD CS Connector.

Since posting this message we have had a break through. An extra Space in the template name in our config. Doh!

I am still curious to know how often the outbound connector is polling. And whether thats configurable. 

But otherwise I'm happy. 

Moral of the story here - Check your spelling :)

We're in the process of trying to get it work too and we were told that the polling occurs every 30 seconds.
