AD Mobile Accounts issue - question marked self-service/missing dock items

I'm currently experiencing an issue with mobile accounts in El Capitan (jamf call raised too but thought this may help). When a machine is freshly enrolled, the first mobile account that logs in experiences issues with missing dock icons (for example this machine i have here only has finder, self service (with a question mark, can't open it unless i open from Applications), maps, photos, iBooks, recycle bin etc. If i log in locally, secure delete the mobile account and they re-login, everything generates properly.

Users are authenticating through WPA2E PEAP payload and we also have a login window profile configuring various options.

Anyone seen this before or able to provide tests i can run in the mean-time whilst JAMF reply?

Fixed this by deploying a custom dock default.plist
