Hello all,
Working on a brand new environment, JSS 10.5.0 server and distribution servers running Windows Server 2016 in a virtualized environment.
An issue we just came across is that our Adobe Creative Cloud packages are not getting converted to zip files when we upload them to the distribution point using Casper Admin. If I take the same CCP generated .pkg file, and upload it into our "old" environment (running entirely on OS X 10.11.6 server, and version 9.101.0) the packages get magically converted into zip files without any intervention.
Any thing I'm missing here - I did a quick scan of documentation and JAMF Nation and couldn't come up with anything, but perhaps my Google foo is failing me today. Or is this just a feature that is used when your distribution points are hosted on OS X/macOS servers?
Thanks!

I just wanted to reply that I'm aware that I can pre-zip these files and upload them to Casper Admin without issue. And to be honest thats not a problem - but it would be a change in procedures and before it's documented and communicated I just want to make sure I didn't miss a checkbox somewhere that makes the zipping magic work! :-)

Bumping once - no one else is seeing this? That make me more concerned that something is misconfigured...
