Am I missing something with displaying the device name on the lock screens of iOS devices?

I know we are able to display the name now via a configuration profile... but is it just me or is the only way we can display it in the teeeeeeeny tiny "If Lost, Return too..." / Asset Tag information font at the bottom of the screen? Doesn't really make it easy for identifying iPads when in carts, but it is better than nothing. I'm just trying to make sure I'm not missing something. Thanks!

Following this thread as it's one of the main reasons we'll upgrade to 9.9x

I assumed it was similar to AC2 where you set it as part of a lock screen - comes up pretty large in center of lock screen. The bad part of AC2 (in our testing so far) is if the name changes for some reason, it doesn't update the lock screen name.

Yep, that's how it shows it, it doesn't want to disrupt the lock wallpaper too much.
