We are encountering the following error: 'An SSL error has occurred, and a secure connection to the server cannot be made.' This error appears in the management history in the Jamf portal. The installation of apps is failing, for the apps from the Mac App Store and those made available in the Self Service portal.

Check for TLS redirection and ensure required hosts and ports for both Jamf and Apple Device Management are allowed and bypassed.

Have you rebooted the device, and is the device located on a managed network?

Hi Pinto,

The issue occurred because I enabled the cache server, and the device was connected to GlobalProtect VPN. When I checked with the network team, they confirmed that the URL "play.intune.apple.com" was being blocked, and the category for this URL was changed to "streaming-media." I'm not sure why the category was changed, but I was trying to download from the Apple Store at the time.
